Rage plans to issue the live home video in conjunction with the start of its next U.S. There is NO other frontman that would power through like that for a show. The crowd rallied to carry him through the set. Unfortunately, Zack did something to his leg during Bullet in the Head which caused him to sit on the monitor stage left the rest of the night. We ended up being two rows (!!) from the rail the entire time right in front of Tim! I didn't expect to be that close and to be honest it is not a great taping spot but hey, it was a hell of a view! The first four songs started out STRONG, just like Alpine Valley. Joe, Anthony, and I started out 50 rows back during Bombtrack and when the song came on we immediately ran to the front. If that alone doesn’t make you want to listen/watch, I don’t know what to tell you.Notes: Another fantastic set although with an unfortunate twist. It’s many things, and, at its core, it’s political, revolutionary, unapologetic, and it rocks. Rage is a fusion of different styles and inputs, and their sound is its own. The rock quartet out of Los Angeles consists of Zack de la Rocha, Tom Morello, Tim Commerford, and Brad Wilk, at vocals, guitar, bass (also backing vocals), and drums (I’m sorry, Brad I didn’t mean to put the drummer last).
